Payment Options in Order of Preference:

1. Credit Card
Preferred payment is by Credit Card which can be done directly through the registration website.

2. Wire Transfer
Any additional fees charged by your bank or any loss in currency exchange to make this international transfer must be incurred by you including the USD 16 that is charged to the Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics & Policy (CDDEP) for accepting your wire transfer. There is no cancellation policy for this transfer and all funds transferred for the registration fee will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
 
If CDDEP does not find that you have paid the full amount for registration including all additional fees charged by your bank and CDDEP's (for accepting your transfer = USD 16), your registration will not be processed.

3. Demand draft/Banker's check/Cashier's check (ON-SITE ONLY)
You may pay using a demand draft, banker's check, or cashier's check under the following conditions:

• Must be payable in New Delhi, India.
• Must be made payable to "Public Health Foundation of India".
• Payment must be paid on-site.
• Must be payable in INR- Indian Rupees
• Payment must be made on-site for INR 25,000 for high income countries, INR 8,000 for low- and middle-income countries, INR 4,550 for students.
• Payment must be accompanied by registrant name, address, and contact information.
• No refunds or cancellations.
• NO CASH PAYMENTS.
• No personal checks.

   
Visas
Participants from China, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka and Israel may experience difficulty in obtaining visas after June 30 and are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Please contact globalbacteria@cddep.org with further questions.
